For sale is an Emory thompson batch freezer- it’s a large size barrel so I’d guess probably 20qt. We bought it from a diner who no longer made their own ice cream in 2021. We honestly only used it like 4 times because we just didn’t have the right setup for it to have access to water and drain pipes (it’s water cooled). It worked fine. It was three phase electric but we had a phase converter hooked up to run it off single phase electric. Again it worked fine. Blades and assembly included.
