Position Summary: Manages employment services and business operations for company in various locations around Chambersburg. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
General purpose: Customer and employee relations, problem resolution, time management, meet company goals, recruiting employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes placement reports to determine effectiveness of Staffing Coordinators and On-site Coordinators.
Participates in development and utilization of job development methods to promote business for agency.
Enforces agency policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
Works within regional budget.
Investigates and resolves customer and employee complaints.
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Investigates harassment complains.
Handles escalated client and employee concerns.
Attends client meetings.
Audits in-house procedures.
Advise upper management of customer and employee issues.
Weekly reporting to management.
Interviews applicants for staff positions.
Reviews and track employee hours and expenses.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise internal and temporary staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
