Pay: $19.31/hour

🚗Must have a valid Driver’s License for least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermedie license and willing to transport clients in company van 

📅Must be available to tend 1 week of paid oriention Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

🤝 Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression

💙 Must have least 1 year of professional caregiving experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• Facilite the implemention of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participe in a range of administrive duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. 
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program. 
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparion and planning; medicion administrion; and personal care. 
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. 
• Facilite community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportion to work or other activities. 

Qualificions: 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience Caregiving with individuals whom have intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance. 
• Other licensure or certificion where required by regulory authority. 
• Excellent communicion skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve. 
• Strong organizional abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
