* FURNITURE IS VERY HEAVY AND WILL REQUIRE TWO STRONG ADULTS TO LIFT, MOVE AND LOAD IT FROM HOME - STAIRS ARE INVOLVED FOR TALL DRESSER!
* FURNITURE WILL REQUIRE A SMALL, ENCLOSED TRUCK TO MOVE IT. THIS SET WILL NOT FIT INTO AN SUV OR VAN; THE SMALLEST U-HAUL MOVING TRUCK IS THE PERFECT SIZE.
"Advocate" Bedroom Suite by American Drew. VERY gently used, but furniture has been used, so a few normal blemishes from use are to be expected but do not take away from beauty or use of pieces. This is high-end furniture from a high-end manufacturer, hence asking price, which is NOT negotiable. Originally retailed for over $5000. All pieces are solid wood construction with wonderful primavera wood veneers. All drawers are English dovetail in the back, French dovetail in the front, with dust protectors in between each row of drawers. Beautiful Deco nickel hardware on drawer pulls. Round dresser mirror has no scratches or cracks. Dimensions are below; furniture is very large, so please pay attention to dimensions of each piece to ensure it will fit into your room comfortably. There is no matching head or footboard, but a coordinating headboard upholstered in grey vinyl is sized for a double bed frame, and included at no additional cost, if you should want it. TONS of storage in these pieces! Tall dresser will need to be carried down one flight of stairs through front door. All other pieces are located in a finished, climate-controlled, walk-out basement.
