Leather Sofa is in overall good condition. As seen in pictures the right seat cushion of the sofa has a small hole that has developed over the years and there is a small spot in the left cushion that could become a hole at some point. Leather could use a good leather conditioner applied. My parents are the original owners.

Non-smoking home. On first floor, but it is heavy and bulky, so you will need to bring a truck or trailer and extra help to load it.
