Why Our Beef Is Different
Our cattle are born and raised on our family farm and spend their entire lives here. No auction cattle, no unknown histories, no mixing with outside herds.
How they’re raised
• First 7 months: on pasture with their mothers
• Then finished in our barn on a balanced diet of corn, soybean meal, and hay
• All forage is grown on our farm
What makes the beef better
• Genetics selected for marbling, tenderness, and flavor
• No antibiotics or added hormones
• Full traceability from birth to butcher
• Younger beef than most grocery store beef
• Because they’re harvested under 30 months, we can offer bone‑in ribeyes
