Responsible for the supervision of the office cleaners for specific buildings and facilities.
Direct the daily activities of all housekeeping personnel assigned to a particular job site.
Designate area work assignments for office cleaners.
Frequently evaluate the performance of all custodial personnel assigned under their jurisdiction.
Conduct frequent inspections of all assigned areas to ensure that all work is being carried out in a proper and orderly manner.
Conduct training for all custodial personnel. Perform cleaning related duties as required.
Establish and maintain inter-departmental relations with personnel, maintenance, and purchasing.
Maintain all pertinent records, reports, and other paperwork as needed.
Perform other related work as required and instructed.
