We are looking for an experienced skid steer operator for snow removal at a box store in Chambersburg PA. Operator must have reliable transportation to the site for every snow / ice event. The team leader will ensure the site is up to par during winter events. The team leader will also direct the sidewalk crews on timely arrivals and ensure their time is budgeted wisely. The team leader will also communicate timely when necessary to replenish salt supply on site. When salt arrives on site for storage the leader will load a sea container with the salt.
Light mechanical a plus.
Experience operating a loader is necessary. Must be reliable. This position requires availability any time and every time for wintry precipitation including pre salting lots. The operator will be required to salt the lot as well.
$50 weekly bonus standby from hire date thru February 28 plus $25 per hour. Bonus paid out after event dates along with the hourly earnings. Inquire for details weekly bonus paid out snow or no snow if reliable and works every snow and ice event without fail, good communication and good work and no accidents.
