Anyone who plays this guitar will want to take it home. It sounds and plays way bigger than other guitars. These are over 3 grand brand new. This is my beloved Martin CEO 7. Guitar plays amazing. Has a John Pearse armrest installed for better tone. Guitar is in great shape and well taken care of. I had 2 small spots in the middle bout where binding separated and I glued back but is not an issue at all. That's why the guitar is priced way below value. Only serious people and if it says " is this available " I will not answer. Guitar has a smaller body but plays like a dread and sounds amazing.
