If you've taken this cat in, I'm fine with that. I just want to know whether he's OK. I'm trying to find him, or find out what happened to him, before his rabies booster is due on Oct. 15th.
The problem with trying to spot him is that orange cats look very similar unless you compare the markings. I've included photos of the F-shaped marking on the right side of his face, and the white/orange bands on his tail. You can see and compare other markings, too.
I took him in when he was a bag of bones from parasites and starvation. He was clear of that when the weather turned nice and he ran away in June. He's still an adolescent, about a year and a half old. I'd tell you more about him, but Craigslist insists on taking my posts down. It's just a lost cat, folks! No money involved, just looking for info on a lost kitty, nothing to be afraid of. They're known for frivolous post flagging, sadly.
So if you've taken him in and want to know more about his history, let me know.
Either way, I'd like to find him and try to get him a rabies booster this October.
